About Me

My name is Sabine Hajostek.

I live in Graz, Austria.

 

I have a degree in Translation Studies and have worked for many years in 3D visualization. I also have considerable experience writing user guides and manuals in English and German.

I like to put myself into the user's shoes and see things from their perspective, describing all steps and instructions as clearly as possible.

 

"Wollwonne" means "yarn delight" or "wool bliss" and it's the perfect name for my business because, for me, working with a soft yarn is just utterly delightful.

 

Knitting has been my passion for over 30 years, and tech editing enables me to combine my technical skills with my love for fiber crafts. 

I have completed a comprehensive tech editing course, taught by Carol Ibbetson at Cool Wool School, and am now offering my expertise as a tech editor. 

My specialties are shawls and scarves, hats, and top-down sweaters.
